I know my place! Its after the dog!  Several years ago I moved to South West Wales with my family and two westies, Hamish and Macbeth. As I lost their regular groomer, I decided to go and learn how to do it properly myself. As word got round, I soon found myself with extra dogs to do, a large customer base and staff. Not quite what I had intended. After experiencing some health problems, its back to how I like it. The majority of our customers book their next appointment whilst they are with us. this allows me to arrange a pattern covering seven days a week. This gives me time to spend with my own dogs, who have now been joined by further adoptees  a labrador called George,followed then by another three westies Skye, Ruby and Buster I completed a further qualification in grooming, and now see my customers on a one to one basis. I’m at my happiest with my family, which just happens to include six dogs. My main aim has always been to create an environment with low to zero stress levels for both our four legged and two legged customers. Dog and Bone grooming is somewhere we hope you will want to visit with your dog, not just a chore that has to be done every few weeks.
